                               RESOLUTION NO. 20863
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES,
                  INC., RELATIVE TO THE LANDFILL GAS SYSTEM,
                  PHASE I, SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                  EXCEED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED NINETY
                  DOLLARS ($18,690.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc.,
       relative to the final design and preparation of bidding documents 

       for the installation of a leachate pumping system in the gas 
wells
       at the Summit Landfill, for an amount not to exceed $18,690.00.
